PREPARATION

For your appointment:
- Wear comfortable clothes.
Prior to your session:
- Spend at least 10 minutes in a prayerful or meditative state.
- Avoid:
- Eating a heavy meal.
- Drinking alcohol.
- Taking stimulants (unless prescribed by your physician).
- Drinking large amounts of caffeine.
Note that any of the above can hinder the quality and outcome of your session.
